1 Completed visa application form
2 Passport photos of yourself
(45mm x 35mm) (1.5" x 2")
Photo must be set against a white background
For
5 year visa you will need to
Copy of the Applicant's Indian Passport/ Surrender Certificate of the Applicant.
* Copy of the Applicant's Parent' s Indian Passport /Surrender Certificate of their Indian Passport along with the applicant's Birth Certificate.
*Copy of the Applicant's Wife's\Husband's Indian Passport or Surrender Certificate of his/her Indian Passport along with the applicant's Marriage Certificate. (If claiming Indian origin by virtue of spouse's (Wife/Husband) Indian origin)
* Copy of the Application made to UK Home Office to acquire British Nationality.
* In absence of any of the above documents, an affidavit signed by the First Class Magistrate from India about Indian Nationality.
For
Children under 16 years of age submitted with parent's applications: a. Consent letter signed by both the parents, even if mother or father is travelling along with the child.
b. Photocopy of mother & father’s passports along with the copy of their current Indian Visa if already
holding one.
c. In divorced cases, Child Custody Letter from court in respect of the child is required.
d. In case of Single parent-Birth Certificate and Solicitor’s letter, Council benefit letter will be required.
e. A copy of the child’s birth certificate
For

The
following occupations are required to fill in the undertaking
form and get a letter from their employer to state that they
are going for holiday purpose only and not for any work related
issues
Charity
worker, Police, Priest, Media, Cabin crew, Pilot, Writer,
Musician,
Photographer, Editor, Publisher, Researcher, Advertiser, Armed
Forces,
Prison Officers, Artists, Scientist, Actors, Actress, Civil Servant,Solicitor, Lawyer
