Visa Requirements


1 Completed visa application form


2 Passport photos of yourself
(45mm x 35mm) (1.5" x 2")
Photo must be set against a white background

For 5 year visa you will need to
Prove that you are of Indian origin
Either with a photocopy of birth certificate, photocopy of Indian passport or a photocopy of Parents Indian passports but not originals

For Children under 16 years of age submitted with parent's applications:
photocopy of parents passports and child's full birth certificate but not original and Consent letter signed by both the parents

For Children under 16 years of age submitted with out the parent’s applications:
Consent letter signed by both the parents, photocopy of parents passports and Indian visa also child's Full birth certificate but not original. A letter of consent from the parents if the child is travelling with a relative/friend.
In divorced cases, all of the above need's to be provided as well as Child Custody Letter from court in respect of the child is required


Undertaking

The following occupations are required to fill in the undertaking form and get a letter from their employer to state that they are going for holiday purpose only and not for any work related issues

Charity worker, Police, Priest, Media, Cabin crew, Pilot, Writer, Musician,
Photographer, Editor, Publisher, Researcher, Advertiser, Armed Force
s, Prison Officers, Artists, Scientist, Actors, Actress, Civil Servant,Solicitor, Lawyer

Postal Information
  • no postage for self pick and drop from our head office.
  • if dropping off to London or Eastcote and wanted visa posted back : £6 in addition to visa fees unless a prepaid self address envelope is provided by you.
  • if  dropping off to Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham : £6 postage each way will need to be paid in addition to visa fees.
  • if posting to Eastcote, we recommend you to include a prepaid self addressed special delivery envelope for return.
  • if you provide a special delivery envelope each way then there will be no extra cost just the visa fees.
